Natalie Napier

HI! I'm Natalie, you can find me at 24FITFIX every day but Sunday! I'm an Oregon native and made my move to the Coachella Valley in 2013. Fitness and staying active have always been a daily routine for me. I'm proud to have a family-style gym focusing on making fitness easy and comfortable for everyone. 
Riding my bike and hiking are my top favorite things to do. Also, check out my sidekick Romeo below, we do everything together. Join me at 6 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays for Body.Lab. a boot-camp style class.

Albert Lara

Personal Trainer

Hello, my name is Albert! I am a certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I am ready to help you achieve optimal performance without the injury! I specialize in injury prevention and corrective exercise, meaning I help the laborers with bad backs and shoulder pain to the nurses with aching feet and chronic back pain. If I am not exercising or learning about fitness, I’m usually hanging out with my 4 dogs or riding my motorcycle. Since I was a child, I played sports, whether it be soccer, Kung Fu, baseball, wrestling, or track. I then joined the Army where my fitness went to the next level. I started Bootcamp not being able to do 20 pushups (which is failing the minimal standard) around this time I dug deep and worked hard every day to make the highest standard my minimum, so by the time I left I was doing 75, achieving the highest standard. There were a few unorthodox methods of training that did not make sense to me, I would see people get injured due to workout programs and rep schemes that didn’t make sense! I was getting injured repetitively and so were the people around me. This drove me to learn how can I help other’s not go through the pain I went through but still love fitness?! I was directly responsible for 3-4 subordinate’s physical fitness 5 days a week, and we were always at the highest standard without injury! My passion is to show people the mental and emotional benefits from exercise, and how to fall in love with the process of making and accomplishing their goals. Whether it be someone new who wants to start working out or someone who is recovering from an injury and isn’t quite sure where to begin, I have a scientific and evidence based approach to help. Through NASM and the Military, I have learned that proper muscle balance and posture are essential for the body, I personally design workout programs that are systematic and progressive. Not everyone is the same and our bodies all respond differently, keeping that in mind, come down to 24FITFIX for your free assessment and we can find your individualized approach!

Bark bark my name is Romeo and I was born in Corvallis Oregon in 2009. I have spent the last 10 years tagging along with Natalie and living a very active life. My favorite activities are swimming, hiking and going to the dog park.
